Return/Refund Policy
If you would like to return an item from Kaizen Wellness, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery of your item.
Email us at support@kaizenwellnessgroup.com to request a return label.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Eligible for Return:
- Unopened products with seals fully intact
- Opened products with at least 50% of the contents still remaining
Not Eligible for Return:
- Products with broken seals and less than 50% of contents remaining
- Items not purchased directly from livekaizen.com
- Products shipped to the wrong return address or without prior authorization
Additional Notes:.
- All returned products will be inspected upon receipt
- If eligible, refunds will be issued within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.
