Return/Refund Policy
At Kaizen, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we want your
experience to be risk-free and enjoyable.
Stick Packs (Single-Serve Packets)
- Risk-Free Guarantee: If you’re new to Kaizen, our stick packs are the best way to try us out.
- If you don’t love them, you may request a return or refund—even if you’ve opened one or two sticks.
- To be eligible, at least 50% of the original contents of the package must be unused and returned
Loose Powder Bags (Bulk Packaging)
- To ensure safety and quality, opened bulk bags are not eligible for return or refund.
- Unopened and sealed bags may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- If you’re new to Kaizen, we strongly recommend starting with stick packs first to find your perfect balance before committing to bulk packaging.
How to Request a Return
- Email our support team at support@kaizenwellnessgroup.com with your order number.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable).
- Once we receive your return, your refund or credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Kaizen covers the cost of your return shipping label.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store Credit Option
We’re happy to offer store credit instead of a refund if you’d like to explore another Kaizen product. Many customers who don’t vibe with coffee, for example, fall in love with our electrolytes and vice versa.
