How do I use it?

Does it have sugar?
Just a touch, all from real fruit: 1g per stick in Lemon Lime and Tropical Blend, 4g in Mixed Berry. It's sweetened with organic monk fruit, never sucralose, aspartame or erythritol.
Why 1,000mg of sodium?
